When the opportunity is real, but the path to growth isn’t clear.
A company can have a strong product, capable people and a real market opportunity and still struggle to turn that potential into repeatable growth. Those are the situations where I create the most value.
You may be dealing with:
A strong product may not be getting the adoption expected. A new market may be harder to enter, a channel may not be producing, or early success may not be scaling.
Where I tend to be useful
Finding the reason to change
Understand why customers will buy, switch or pay more, and why partners will put time and money behind the opportunity.
Building the route to market
Turn that reason to change into a sales, marketing, channel and distribution approach that works in the real world.
Turning traction into scale
Build the people, discipline and operating model needed to make growth repeatable and profitable.
I’ve been responsible for the outcome
I’ve spent my career building and scaling businesses with responsibility for sales, marketing, channel, teams, budgets, margin and P&L. I’ve had to make the decisions, build the teams and live with the results.
How I work
I start with a simple question: Why should anybody change? Then I look at what customers and partners actually do, challenge the assumptions, and figure out what needs to change to make the opportunity work.
Selected experience
Helped build Axis Canada from roughly $1M to more than $50M in annual revenue while competing against materially lower-priced alternatives, with leadership responsibility across sales, marketing, channel, teams and P&L.
Let's talk
If you have something valuable but haven’t fully figured out the path to market, adoption or scale, let’s talk.
